How it works

  1. 1

Create your venue profile with photos

  2. 2

Tell us your space, tables and table price

  3. 3

Propose an event date and pay the event fee

  4. 4

We publish and fill the tables — you provide vendor lunch

Limited-time offer · Earn double points

Your next pop-up starts with points.

Earn rewards every time you pay an event fee. Normally you earn 10% back — £50 earns 5 points. Right now it's 20%, so £50 earns 10.

1 point = £1 off · Use them whenever you like

Use any points you have towards your next event fee. Only the points needed are used; the rest stay in your account.

50 points covers a £50 event fee; 20 points takes £20 off. Your free first event earns no points. Points are earned on money paid, not the part covered by rewards. Refunds reverse earned points; full cancellations return redeemed points. Points cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Simple pricing

Pay a small fee per event, upfront. If your event doesn't reach its minimum sellers, you get it all back.

First event

Free

Try your first pop-up with no event fee at all.

5–10 vendors

£50 / event

Perfect for smaller spaces and regular monthly pop-ups.

10–20 vendors

£100 / event

For bigger venues and busy weekend card fairs.

You set the table price. We recommend £10 per table to start. You keep 80% of every vendor booking; Sip & Shop keeps 20% to cover bookings, payments and promotion.

What you need

5+ vendors

Room for at least five sellers at every event.

One table per seller

Each seller gets one table. You can offer spare tables at half the table price, up to 2 per vendor.

Your minimum

You set the minimum number of sellers needed (5 or more, 5 by default).

Vendor lunch

Provide each vendor with a meal deal: a sandwich (or equivalent), a snack and a drink.

Minimum sellers guarantee. If an event doesn't reach its minimum number of sellers 5 days before, it's cancelled and everyone is told. Vendors get a full refund; the café gets 50% of its event fee back. If a vendor cancels while the event is still going ahead, there's no refund.
