Your next pop-up starts with points.
Earn rewards every time you pay for a table. Normally you earn 10% back — £10 earns 1 points. Right now it's 20%, so £10 earns 2.
1 point = £1 off · Use them whenever you like
Use any points you have towards a future table booking. Only the points needed are used; the rest stay in your account.
20 points covers a £20 table; 5 points takes £5 off. Points are earned on money paid, not the part covered by rewards. Refunds reverse earned points; full cancellations return redeemed points. Points cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Minimum sellers guarantee. If an event doesn't reach its minimum number of sellers 5 days before, it's cancelled and everyone is told. Vendors get a full refund; the café gets 50% of its event fee back. If a vendor cancels while the event is still going ahead, there's no refund.
